· Fruits to taste (for example: half a banana, papaya, grapes, apple, raspberries and blueberries)

· 1 tub natural Greek yogurt
· 1 tablespoon “La Obrera” Chestnut Honey
· Chop the fruits you want to use and mix them in a bowl with the oats
· Drizzle over the fruit a dressing made from a mixture of the yogurt and “La Obrera” Chestnut Honey
