RICE WITH ALMOND MILK AND ROSEMARY HONEY

INGREDIENTS

· 1 litre almond milk

· 150g high starch rice

· 100g sugar

· 2 tablespoons “La Obrera” Rosemary Honey

· 1 vanilla pod

· 1 cinnamon stick

· Lemon and orange peel

· 1 splash of anise

· Ground cinnamon

METHOD

· Heat the milk in a pan with the vanilla pod, cinnamon stick and citrus peels

· When the milk is almost boiling, add the rice, sugar and “La Obrera” Rosemary Honey

· Allow the rice to cook, stirring it from time to time

· Continue cooking until the rice is creamy. When almost finished, add a small splash of anise

· Remove the cinnamon stick, vanilla pod and citrus peels

· Leave to cool overnight

· Serve with ground cinnamon sprinkled on top
