ROASTED PUMPKIN WITH POLYFLORA HONEY AND CINNAMON

INGREDIENTS

· 400g pumpkin

· 40g “La Obrera” Polyflora Honey

· Ground cinnamon

· Toasted pumpkin seeds

METHOD

· Wash and chop about 400g of pumpkin without removing the skin

· Place the pumpkin in a baking tray. Cover the pumpkin with “La Obrera” Polyflora Honey and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste

· Place the pumpkin in an oven preheated to 200°C (180°C fan, 392°F or Gas Mark 6) and roast for about 30 minutes. Turn the pumpkin slices over after about 15 minutes. Prick the pumpkin with a knife to check that it is well roasted

· After 30 minutes, take the pumpkin out of the oven and leave it to cool to room temperature. To serve, garnish with some toasted pumpkin seeds
