INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

You can eat forest blossom honey with propolis however you like! Dissolve some in milk, juice or tea; have it with yogurt; or spread it on biscuits or toast. Or eat it on its own: it’s delicious!

· Adults: the recommended dose is 1 to 2 tablespoons daily

· Children older than 2 years: the recommended dose is 1 to 2 dessertspoons daily
